The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal agreed upon by both parties. These Terms apply to general use of our website and any services not covered by a separate contract.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content without prior written consent
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable law
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

4. Intellectual Property

All content on spektiv.io, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is owned by or licensed to Perspektives Digital Oy and is protected under Finnish and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Work product delivered under a specific client engagement is governed by the intellectual property provisions in that engagement's agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Spektiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Spektiv in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Linking does not constitute an endorsement.
